Merge PDF Files.
Combine drawings, inspection reports, material certs and COCs into a single PDF — for FAI packs, PPAP submissions and document control. Everything runs in your browser: your files never leave your device.
Merge PDF Files Without Uploading Them
Most online PDF mergers upload your files to their servers. For a manufacturing engineer that is usually a non-starter: customer drawings sit under NDA, inspection reports carry part numbers and pricing, and many quality systems explicitly forbid uploading controlled documents to third-party services. This tool merges PDFs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript — the files are read locally, combined locally, and the merged PDF is saved locally. Nothing crosses the network.
Typical uses on the shop floor
- FAI packs: combine the ballooned drawing, AS9102 Forms 1–3, CMM report, and material certs into one submission PDF.
- PPAP submissions: merge PSW, control plan, process flow, MSA studies and capability reports in the order your customer's SQE expects.
- RFQ packages: put the drawing, specification and quantity breakdown into a single file per vendor.
- Document control: consolidate revision history — old revision plus ECN plus new revision — into one controlled record.
How to merge
- Drop your PDF files onto the zone above (or click to browse).
- Use the ↑ ↓ buttons to set the page order — the files merge top to bottom.
- Click Merge PDFs and the combined file downloads immediately.
Limits and notes
Because everything runs on your machine, size limits are your device's memory rather than a server quota — hundred-page drawing packs merge fine on an ordinary laptop. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before merging. Scanned pages, vector drawings and mixed page sizes (A4 report pages plus A1 drawing sheets) are all preserved exactly as they are — merging never re-compresses or rasterises your content.
