Convert Shop-Floor Photos to PDF Without Uploading Them

Quality evidence lives on phones: photos of a dented casting, a weld bead that failed visual inspection, the reading on a bore gauge during calibration. Customers and auditors, though, want that evidence as a single PDF attached to the NCR, the 8D report or the calibration record — not as fifteen loose JPGs in an email. This converter turns JPG and PNG images into one PDF entirely inside your browser. The images are read locally, placed on pages locally, and the finished PDF is saved locally. Nothing crosses the network, which matters when the photos show customer parts under NDA or serial numbers you are not free to share with a random file-conversion website.

How to convert images to PDF

  1. Drop your JPG or PNG files onto the zone above (or click to browse).
  2. Use the ↑ ↓ buttons on each file chip to set the page order — one image per page, top to bottom.
  3. Pick a page size — A4 portrait, A4 landscape, or a page fitted to each image — and a margin.
  4. Click Convert to PDF and the file downloads immediately.

Page sizing, explained

A4 modes scale each photo to fit inside the margins while preserving its aspect ratio, centered on the page — the right choice when the PDF will be printed or merged into an A4 report. Fit to image instead sizes each page to the image itself, so nothing is scaled and screenshots stay pixel-crisp. A 10 mm margin is a sensible default for reports; use none when the photo should fill the sheet.
